Are you volunteering as a StrongBodies Leader through the UW-Madison Division of Extension?

If so, you need to complete our online volunteer registration to become an official Extension Volunteer.

This registration process will take approximately 75 minutes, which includes a 40-50 minute mandated reporter training and 15 minutes of volunteer in preparation videos. The process needs to be completed in one sitting, as the platform does not save progress towards completion of registration.

The registration includes the following components:

• StrongBodies Position Description 
• Extension’s Position on Volunteers
• Volunteer Behavior Expectations
• Conditions of Volunteer Services
• Mandated Reporter Video (~60 mins )
• Review the Current Class Protocols
• Permission for Background Check (Background checks by HireRight are done every 4 years per UW Madison policy)
